In our organization, we are proud to have a diverse group of coaches who bring unique perspectives and strengths to our teams. From former professional athletes to experienced educators, our coaches come from various backgrounds and bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. Whether it's their career strategic expertise, motivational skills, or ability to connect with players on a personal level, each coach in our organization brings something special.
As we strive for excellence in all aspects of our organization, we are grateful to have such talented and inspiring coaches leading the way. We believe that our collaborative coaching environment sets the stage for our players to learn leadership by example.
Coach Charles
With over 18 years of coaching experience spanning from Pop Warner to semi-pro levels, I am thrilled to join this community as your head coach.
My name is Charles Carle, but you can call me Coach C. I am honored and excited for the opportunity to develop football IQ, instill structure, discipline, and create an unforgettable experience this season with our children. Let's embark on this journey together!
Coach Ishmael
Coach Ishmael Howard has coached in Tucson, AZ for the Tucson Vikings for multiple seasons as the running back and head coaching duties. He moved to Phoenix in 2015 and took a break from coaching.
Coach Ishmael, stated "as the 2024 season approaches I'm excited to be back and helping to develop our next batch of kiddos. I look forward to meeting and working with all the new kids, parents, and coaches for another fantastic season of youth football."
Coach Todd
Coach Todd brings over a decade of dedicated coaching experience in youth tackle football, with six years of tenure at SEV. His expertise spans various roles, including head coach and assistant coaching positions such as Defensive Coordinator, offensive & defensive line, and linebackers coach. Beyond football, Coach Todd has also made significant contributions to Jr. High basketball and lacrosse coaching. Drawing from his own athletic background, Todd excelled as a three-sport varsity athlete during his high school years, earning accolades for his performance in football.
Coach Todd earned All-League honors on both offense and defense. He gained valuable experience during his two-year tenure as an assistant recruiting coordinator and booster liaison for the University of Oregon football team. Todd brings a wealth of professional experience, boasting a successful 25+ year career in marketing and sales at Intel. He finds fulfillment in his family life, being a devoted husband to Kate and a proud father of three boys: Will (20), Bennett (18), and Casden (13). Notably, Bennett, his middle son, is currently pursuing his athletic ambitions, competing in both football and lacrosse at the collegiate level.
Coach Marc
President and founder of Phoenix-based On The Marc Media, Marc Rivas is an Arizona native and a graduate of Salpointe Catholic High School in Tucson, as well as the University of Arizona. In January 2009, Rivas launched the full-service agency to create, plan, and handle all marketing and advertising campaigns for its clients in Arizona, Colorado, Texas, Nevada, and California, including overall marketing and branding strategies and sales promotions.
Rivas has coached for over 30 years, notable at Salpointe Catholic HS and Desert Vista HS, where he was part of the 2011 state championships staff. Rivas remains involved in many alumni functions and has served on many different committees and boards such as The Fiesta Bowl, The Arizona Bowl, and The National Football Foundation. Marc has two young boys who are very active in athletics and attend St. John Bosco Catholic grade school.
Coach Andy
Arrived in the valley in 1997 after growing up in Wisconsin, St. Louis, and getting his undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton.
Andy has worked in various roles and business consulting in a multitude of industries implementing and managing technology business solutions. He operated a consulting company with his father for 20 years and recently exited. He is still very actively engaged in entrepreneurial company creation and business consulting.
He has coached basketball and football for over 20 years. He has 3 boys who are all actively engaged in sports and currently attend St. John Bosco.
